Geographical Situation : In the heart of the Touraine, Anjou an Saumur wineyard, Loire Valley
Sol : Clavey and chalky
Vinification : Manual harvest which are at the end of September to the middle of October. The second fermentation is once the wine is bottled with an ageing on laths of at least 18 months.
Color : Pale pink-coloured, fine and lasting bubbles in regular columns.
Nose : Fruity aromas with a light touch of raspberry.
Mouth : Structured, fine and round with a good lenght and almond aromas.
