Color : Translucent with hints of silver
Nose : a bouquet of white flowers combined with a fresh lemony citrus fruit.
Mouth : Exceptionally fresh and rounded and generally very palet-pleasing.
Recommendations : Obviously a perfect partner with seafood and shell-fish. A mousseline of St.Jacques is also a good marriage. Also a delicious aperitive.
