• Vinification : We let the skin of the grape with the juice during few days to obtain the colour of the wine.
• Color : Intense red with raspberry tones.
• Nose : Expressive with some red fruit aromas.
• Mouth : Fruity, realy expressive on berries aromas.
• Recommendations : With meat and french cheese.
• Service temperature : 15-16°C
