Saumur Champigny - Cabernet Franc

• Geographical Situation : The superficy of the domaine is 42ha, and the wine are aged between 50 and 100 years. All the vinyard is organic.
• Vinification : From the selection of the grapes to the aging, this wine is the object of a lot of consideration. We do a low temperature fermentation and age it on lees to have a fresh wine with some complexity in the same time.
• Color : An intense ruby red colour
• Nose : Expressive, with some red fruits aromas as raspberry and blackcurrent.
• Mouth : This wine has a good structure in the mouth, soft and present. We have the red fruits aromas but also some spicy aromas as the clove, cinamon and pepper at the end of the mouth.
• Service temperature : 16°C
• Conservation : 3 to 4 years
• Alcohol : 13.5%
